Healing by Energy
Reiki, Seichem and Spiritual healing are all forms of energy healing that work together helping to restore Balance and Harmony to your Body, Mind and Spirit. People receiving this form of holistic healing therapy
often feel a great sense of peace, deep relaxation and increased well-being. Energy Healing can be used to keep energy levels free and flowing and also help in times of physical illness, stress, anxiety and/or to assist with recovery. Personal Development
Living in Soul is a course anchored in the principles of Personal Power and Self Discovery. Living in Soul, teaches you to uncover and manifest your true self, identify your wants, unblock your blocks, set goals, uncover your dreams, heal your Heart, balance your Mind, free your Spirit and awaken the wisdom of your Soul. Personal Development Courses start in January 2010 and
run throughout the year starting with Living in Soul, Series One: Reconnecting. Each 'series' can be taken in the form of a one to one session, through correspondence or in a facilitated group workshop. For more details click on the Personal Development web page.
Personal Outcomes.
Going forward in
life means knowing where it is you want to go and knowing how to get there.
Personal outcomes is about helping you to determine where you want to go in life, be it
in career, education or your personal life, and then showing you the tools to
bring yourself there. It is about helping you to uncover your dream, unblock limiting
thoughts that block and hold you back, build your self confidence and self
worth, and give you a road map in which you can follow step by step to bring
you to achieving your wants in life.
Youth Matters
Guidance counseling, support and life skills for young people. Youth Matters is about respecting the individual in their own right and helping them to achieve their full potential, discover their hopes and dreams in life and become healthy whole and balanced individuals. It is about teaching and empowering young people to make healthy responsible life choices, so they can go forward in their life with direction and purpose. Sessions are tailored to the individual needs of the young person and include, career and education guidance, social, emotional and behavioral development life skills, building of self confidence and self esteem, and goal setting.
Emotional
Healing
Many
of us in
life are left scarred by emotional upset that has occurred throughout
the course
of our lives. Some of this pain goes back to our childhoods and our
experience
of relationships with family and romantic partners or events that have
left us holding sadness in our hearts. Emotional healing helps you
to heal and free yourself from the scars of emotional pain that still
hold
you whether you are conscious of them or not. Having identified the emotional scar - energy healing and
visualisation meditation is used to clear your energetic field.
Allowing you to
move freely forward into your now and into your future.
Life Space
Reflection / Soul View Therapy
Taking the time to
open
yourself up to honest reflection of your life will help you to learn,
heal and
grow, as an individual, as a human being and as a divine manifestation
of spirit on a soul level. During a one to one session I will guide you
to look and reflect on key moments in your life
and help you to see the areas for growth that exist along your path.
You can
then open up your awareness and learn from these events and encounters
that have
manifested in your life for you to heal and grow with. (Reflections
