You
are Your World - Learning to break out of illusions
It’s
a simple psychology with tremendous effect. Imagine a ripple in the ocean
caused by a small pebble being thrown in. It makes a small impact and ripples
out creating an outward replica of itself .o0 it pulses out and out until it
joins again with the ocean.This is how your mind works. We hold thoughts, and they replicate and become our experience. Over the course of our lives we develop ways of thinking about ourselves and of our world based on our life experiences and on our conditioning,
We often forget that we have the power to shape our thoughts, and that taking responsibility for them is up to us. Think positive thoughts and you will have positive experiences, think negative thoughts and you will have negative experiences, and know while your thinking, that you have the power to choose and change the thoughts you make. Everyone has some form of conditioning that they have learned to believe in. Taking responsibility for your self and your life is about taking responsibility for your choices of thought, and learning to uncondition yourself, so that you can decide on the types of thoughts you will hold in your psyche.
Getting
to know Yourself – thoughts and all
The process of unraveling thought forms takes time, it is not a quick fix, it is a process, a process that
you can learn to incorporate into your everyday life until it becomes both
natural and instinctual. It is the process of getting to know yourself and how
your mind has learned to adjust to your subjective surroundings. From a very
early age we are open to assimilation from those around us, we take on
cultural, societal, religious, racial, economic and even family beliefs that
have been handed down generation after generation. And then we go and say things like, its not my fault its just the way I am. I cant help it its who I am. Ive always been like this.
Really have you ? or have you learned to be like that, have you learned to think the way you think. Really think about it. Where did you get the thoughts you have. Where did you learn to believe in the things you do? Where did you learn to believe you are the way you are, or your life is the way it is? We learn to see ourselves from
the eyes and opinions of others and we forget to to believe in our own greatness.
Years of conditioning, by and to one another, leads us to denying ourselves the freedom to express our true selves, and further
leads to us believing in the limits we are told exist.
Change your is, change your thoughts
Responsibility for your thoughts lies with you. The power of control
over your thoughts lies with you. You, and you alone have the power to
determine the quality of life and experiences you will have. The first
relationship you have in this life, is with yourself. You do not have
power over any other being and they do not have power over you, if you
think otherwise you are simply wasting your time and energy.
Limiting
thoughts have a way of keeping us locked down into believing untruths
about ourselves, our abilities, and our power. The way your life is now, is the way it is, there is no fault, there just is. If your not happy change your is and stop
running around in fault including your own. Creating blame is an escape for
taking action. Waiting for the world to come along and help you out is living
in an illusion and places you in a state of victim-hood.
You are your world, and
it is you, who helps you. You are the one in a position of power over your life.
Begin there and take action and responsibility for your Self and for your Life.
The small held belief that we, you, or I are somehow
owed something from life is what keeps people in a discontented disgruntled dysfunction
of themselves. Allowing oneself to see through this disillusion and free themselves
of expecting life to look after them is what sets them free from the restrictions they have learned to believe in.
Your world is you, look after you, and you
look after your world, it’s simple.
When
things go wrong, or you feel let down by people, situations, or life in general
keep reminding yourself; your world is you, look after you, and you look after
your world. It is not the world’s fault, your parent’s fault, or your friends
or lovers fault. If you are unhappy with things change them.
If you feel you cant change them then look further into yourself and see why it is you believe this. In order to take the lead in your life
you need to know where it is you want to go, and you also need to learn to be
able to see how you can change your is to reflect your chosen reality. This means learning to notice and eliminate hidden negative
thought forms and turn them into positive manifestations. Learn to catch your thoughts, and look at them, then question why you had that thought and see where it really came from. If you don't like it change it. If its not positive, change it.
Mind Your Mind
Whenever you find yourself believing in
a thought of separation or limitation actively set about changing it by turning
it around and making a positive affirmation out of it. Write it down on a piece
of paper and carry it around with you, read it several times a day silently and
out loud. It may take a week or a month to become real for you, just keep at it
until you finally know you believe what you are saying.
Both positive and
negative thoughts have the power to manifest so be mindful of what you put out
into the universe for manifestation.
Believe something long enough and strong
enough and it will manifest. Both positive and negative thoughts have the
energy to exist so choose carefully what you think. Remember you are the
creator of your world and you alone have the power to create a life you love.
Believe in your ability and believe in your dreams, then start creating them.
Believe in Your Dreams
Everyone has dreams and aspirations that they hold within, sometimes these dreams find it hard to manifest into our reality because we have developed thoughts around what we think they should be or could be, and not what we dream them to be.
Allowing our dreams to manifest requires us to look at our own areas of self worth, self-esteem, confidence, values and beliefs, and further to see what limiting thought forms we are holding in our subconscious that may be blocking us from fulfilling them.
Clearing negative or restrictive thought patterns, and learning to unblock your blocks will allow you to tap into your dreams and give them the room they need to be. Building self-esteem and self-worth gives you the power to follow them.
Fostering the positive power of your mind with positive manifestations and clear achievable goals, gives you the power and energy not just to create them, but to live them.
Living our dreams, means allowing ourselves to be open to what they
might be. This requires us to allow our dreams to dream, and further to use our creativity to help them come into our existence. Discovering and shaping our dreams into reality means not just working with our Minds, but also with our creative Hearts,
our Spirit and our Soul and our Body.
