Minute Meditation
Grounding
and Centering the Self
This
is a very quick and powerful grounding and centering meditation that helps
to clear your energetic field and still your mind. It takes only a minute to do
yet its power will stay with you throughout the entire day.
For best results
stand facing the Sun and use it every morning before you leave your bedroom to
start your day. It is especially helpful when you are going through busy or
stressful times as it stills you and gives great peace, allowing you to sit
fully in yourself and take on the day strong and balanced.
If throughout the
day you want to tap into its peaceful power, simply close your eyes for a
second and take in a deep breath, you will instantly feel stillness and
calmness of the meditation, giving you the energy to carry throughout your day.
Start Meditation
Stand up straight and
tall with your feet slightly apart and flat on the ground. Hold your head
level, relax your shoulders and keep your spine straight and take three deep
slow even breaths to prepare and quieten your mind.
To Begin:
Breathe in and place your hands
facing down above your feet and the ground beneath them. Imagine the center of
the Earths core lies beneath you with a large clear crystal at its center.
Close your eyes and feel the crystal light rays coming up from the Earth into
the soles of your feet and palms of your hands. Hold the energy for a second. Breathe
out, and hold.
Keep holding and with your hands
still facing down bring them up together facing your body, pull the Earth
energy up imagining it rising inside you, first through your Earth star located a few inches below your feet, and then into the soles of your feet, up
your legs, through your knees, up past your thighs, through your pelvis
activating your root chakra, up over your stomach activating your sacral
chakra, into your belly button, up inside your rib cage activating your solar
plexus chakra, into your heart activating your heart chakra, over your throat
activating your throat chakra and up over your mouth.
Cup your hands openly over your face
and when you reach your nose take a deep breath in, continue breathing
in while moving your cupped hands over your eyes and forehead activating your
brow chakra, reach up over your crown, activating your crown chakra and then
close your hands together in prayer position above your head and reach up to
the sky connecting with your Soul star, reach up as high as you can, feel your
feet connecting deep into the Earth and your hands reaching high into the sky
and out into the universe.
Hold the energy for ten seconds,
allowing the crystal white light to pass up through you from the earth center
out to the universe and back down through you into the Earth. Turn your hands
outwards and exhale slowly and deeply while bringing your hands out down
to your sides.
Do this three times,
continually and flowing.
Finish up by bringing your
hands up into prayer position by your heart, bow your head and give thanks for
the day you are about to enjoy.

added bonus in this meditation and make use of your inhale breath, sprinkle
three drops of Aura Soma Quintessence or a few drops of a soothing essential oil onto
the palm of your left hand and rub your hands together before you start the
meditation.
